We initiated this project during the COVID-19 pandemic when restaurants, cafes, and stores were forced to shut down, leaving people unable to visit these places. Addressing these challenges was essential in Azerbaijan.

I began my design process by brainstorming with stakeholders and discussing the project's underlying ideas. Later, we conducted a small competitive analysis with other products in the market to identify their pros and cons. This led us to formulate three unique features that could help the project stand out among its competitors.
